Hi! I'm Jillian

I'm the Founder of Massage & Integrative Bodywork LLC and Creator of Movement Moments Infant Massage.

I'm a licensed massage and bodywork therapist who specializes in infant massage centered around postural and feeding abnormalities, pre/post frenulectomy care and pain management through the use of Myofascial Release and Craniolsacral Therapy.

I have sought out hundreds of hours of focused training in infant massage, postural feeding and frenectomy pre/post care. I have worked along side many skilled franectomy providers and knowledgeable IBCLC's to offer a comprehensive approach to all frenulectomy care.

Over the last 5 years I created the Movement Moments Infant Massage technique. A technique that can be used by all infant and baby professionals to assist in families  with social & emotional connection, muscular tension and nervous system regulation of their newest addition.

I hold a 200 hour certification in Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga (E-RYT 200) with over over 1,200 teaching hours both in group and private instruction. I'm also a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP) teaching Anatomy & Physiology in the 200+300 level Yoga Teacher Training Programs. In addition to yoga and massage, I hold an MBA with cognate in Accounting.
